Do I need to give Haffner's permission to use my driveway for fuel deliveries?

Yes, you must provide us permission to use your driveway during fuel deliveries. To do that, please download and fill out our Driveway Permission Form.

Does Haffner’s offer propane tank monitoring?

Yes, we offer remote tank monitoring so you can track your propane levels easily and avoid unexpected runouts.

Smelling rotten eggs?

Propane is odorless, but manufacturers add a chemical called ethyl mercaptan to give it a strong, rotten egg or skunk-like smell. If you notice this odor, give us a call at 866-IT-KICKS for support.

What indoor appliances can run on propane?

Can I convert my home from oil or electric heating to propane?

Yes! We offer professional conversion services to switch your home to propane heating.

What is HVAC?

HVAC stands for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. These are systems that regulate air flow and temperature in your home and require professional training to install and maintain safely.

What HVAC services does Haffner’s offer?

We provide heating system installation, repairs, maintenance, and emergency services for both oil and propane heating.

How often should I schedule maintenance for my heating system?

We recommend annual tune-ups to keep your system running efficiently and prevent breakdowns.

We recommend annual tune-ups to keep your system running efficiently and prevent breakdowns.

What are the signs that my furnace or boiler needs repair?

If you notice uneven heating, strange noises, increased energy bills, or difficulty starting your system, it may need servicing.

I have no heat, what do I do?

We recommend first checking your tank levels. Next, check to make sure your thermostat is on and the batteries are good. You need to check to make sure your emergency switch is in the ON position. If you are still experiencing no heat, please call us at 1-866-IT-Kicks (24 hours).

What do I do if my AC is blowing hot air?

How often should I service my HVAC system?

To keep your HVAC system running in tip-top shape, we recommend a maintenance appointment twice a year (once for heat, once for air conditioning). This way, a Haffner’s technician can check your filters, coils, wiring, housing, motor, and more to make sure you’re getting the most out of your system.

What happens when I need a repair on a holiday or weekend?

Don’t worry! Whether your problem happens at three in the morning or on the 4th of July, our HVAC service experts are available to get your system back up and running. Just call 1-866-IT-Kicks.

Which HVAC System is right for my home?

To answer that, you’ll need an appointment with one of our HVAC service experts. We’ll come to your home and evaluate its size, heating and cooling needs, environment, and the work we’ll need to do. Then, we can recommend the best system for you and install it quickly.

Why is my heating system not working?

Check the thermostat and thermostat batteries, circuit breakers, ON/OFF switch, emergency switch, and ensure the furnace door is securely closed.

Why is one room in my house colder/hotter than the rest?

This could be due to airflow issues, poor insulation, or drafts.

Why is my heating system blowing cold air?

A clogged air filter, a malfunctioning thermostat, or a problem with the furnace itself could be the cause.

Car Washes

How do I sign up for a car wash membership?

You can sign up online or at any of our convenient locations.

Can I share my car wash membership?

Unfortunately, you can not share your membership. The membership is specific to the car you register for your account.

Do you provide free vacuums?

We provide vacuums at all sites that can be utilized, but there is a charge associated with usage.

What payment methods are accepted for car washes?

We accept all major credit cards for memberships. We also accept all major credit cards and cash/codes for individual washes.

How do I cancel my car wash membership?

You can easily cancel your membership by managing your account online or by seeing any Site Attendant or Manager.

Does the tunnel car wash scratch cars?

The car wash will not scratch your car. The combination of soft cloth and neo-glide cloth does not enable sand or rocks to become embedded. Therefore, the tunnel wash is always a safe option.

How often should I wash my car?

You should wash your car whenever you feel as though it is not looking its best! If you have a membership or single wash that utilizes either Hot Wax or Ceramic finishes, you will see an immediate shine that will last at least a week in most cases.

Can the tunnel car wash break my windshield?

The car wash cannot break a windshield. If you have a slight crack or divot made from a rock or other debris, the car wash can exacerbate that issue causing spidering of the windshield. The car wash is safe for your car as long as there are no preexisting conditions.

Can I go through the tunnel wash with a roof rack, bike rack, or kayak holder?

No. You should never go through the wash with racks of any kind. You will risk extreme damage to the rack, your vehicle, and the car wash equipment.

Do I have to clean my truck bed before going through the tunnel car wash?

The simple answer is yes. You should have your truck bed free of any debris before going through the wash. Especially any type of gas cans, lawn equipment, etc.

Is the touchless wash safe for all car finishes?

Yes. The touchless wash is recommended by vehicle manufacturers for all car finishes (including high-end models with pearlescent finishes).

Does the touchless wash use more water than my washing at home?

No. The Touchless Wash utilizes approximately 60 gallons of water (depending upon wash selected). Depending upon how you wash your vehicle and the vehicle size, you can utilize up to 140 gallons of water washing at home.

Do you have a membership plan for the touchless washes?

Not at this time.

How does a self-service car wash work?

You pull into a bay, select your desired wash options, and use the pressure wand and brushes to wash your car yourself.

What payment methods are accepted at your self-service car washes?

All our self-service bays accept coins, and we also have a bill changer available for your convenience.
